Hairpin lace 2
Once again, it's the yarn, not the project (yes, I'm a bad craftsperson blaming my tools!). I bought this stuff ages ago, before I learned how to crochet (only about a year ago, but it seems like longer) when I was trying to learn how to knit (not for the first time, and once again I didn't manage it). Anyway, I like purple, but with it's texture I've now decided that this stuff looks like it should make some kind of impractical frilly decorative item that smells of lavender, possibly a teacosy of the sort banned at craftster. I've got three balls to use up, so hopefully I'll get some inspiration!
