I'd like to thank crochetroo for the pattern from here. I made a couple of changes. I only did 6 fans rather than 8, and did a plait before the tassel.

I made this lovely bookmark a couple of weeks ago now. I love the design, it's so elegant. I'm thinking about making a few as gifts.
